MediCRM is a healthcare CRM for OPD clinics in India. It gives doctors and their staff one calm workspace for patient records, the OPD queue, consultations, prescriptions, billing, and the business of running a clinic. Why we built it
Most clinics run on a mix of paper registers, spreadsheets, and memory. The information a doctor needs is usually somewhere in the clinic, but rarely in front of them at the moment they need it. MediCRM exists to put the complete patient and clinic context in front of the team when decisions are made, without adding work for the front desk.
